The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Thamel market, the heritage sites, and even a casino. It offers easy access to everything a tourist would want to experience in the city. The staff is described as extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The cafe restaurant serves delicious food, including the popular momo, and offers excellent service. the hotel provides a convenient and enjoyable experience for travelers.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations to improve certain areas, such as the bathrooms which may be small and outdated.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, with easy walking access to all nearby attractions and restaurants. One can avoid shady bars in the area. Rooms are nice and clean, with helpful staff. Breakfast spread is decent. There is a fitness center and a big pool to use.
Some aspects of the hotel's maintenance need improvement, with visible signs of age and wear in the carpets and bathroom fixtures.

Stayed at a centrally located hotel close to Thamel. Had easy access to ATMs, coffee shops, and shopping outlets. Enjoyed delicious breakfast options at the coffee shop, as well as authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine at the durbar restaurant. Appreciated the room near the pool and the prompt resolution of a noise issue by the duty manager. had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Conveniently located on a bustling shopping street with great restaurants nearby. Modern, well-maintained with efficient check-in. Club room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good amenities, including tea/coffee facilities and complimentary water. Breakfast was good, with helpful staff. Among the best hotels in the city for business and leisure travelers.
